Room is clean and air condition is good. Location very strategic, convenient marts nearby, walking distance to Sunway Carnival Mall, a lot of restaurants nearby, pubs nearby. Highly recommended for business travellers and family.

Nice breakfast, spotless, all staff are friendly, and a very convenient location. Will come to stay again.

No big bottle shower gel etc and the room was so hot and no maintance no show up overall everything was okay

The best eva hotel . Hospitality was superb. The staff name Yusuf and Ms Pabitra was very helpful and kindness.

This hotel was exceptional. Front desk were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the ocean and high-quality toiletries. location was fantastic, right in the city center. The buffet breakfast was tasty

The reservation staffs ( Shermin , Husna & Aleesa) is very helpful n so kind . That night they try very best to find new room for me since I need to upgrate the room to bigger room. They are very fast n efficient in doing their job. Breakfast at the Light Hotel as usual very good n delicious . The chef , Mr Murugan bring fried kueteow speacially made for us. And it is so yummy. We be back.

Arrived dead tired at The Light Hotel at 12 midnight due to a 9-hour traffic jam on the PLUS highway.
The front desk gave us a quiet room as per request. Comfy bed & pillows.
Everything else was okay except for the checking in process took quite some time.
The breakfast spread was okay. Have expected better since its a 5 star hotel.

Well the hotel and food is ok overall but I find that they hotel staff and too rigid and do not use flexibly in regards to their policy especially for late check outs. Seriously they need to practise their skill on that as they need to take it in case to case basis. I asked them whether I could check out at 1pm and they said the best they could do is up till 1230. Come on this is ridiculous and what half an hour can do to make a difference. Then after much argument I told them sternly that I am got no check out at 1pm to which they agreed. If they had practised this brains to accommodate their guests in such situation, this scenario would not have occurred. I guess they need to be taught some people’s management skill.
